Sarah Jane Loves...terms and conditions
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery of the products to you for a full refund or exchange. It must be unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on bespoke items unless the item is faulty, and for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings.
We recommend checking your items upon delivery to you, as we cannot accept any returns after the 30 day period has expired.
If any products arrive faulty/damaged in any way, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference, name and address and reason for return. We will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed. Again, products must be returned to us within the 30 day period. This warranty does not cover products damaged through normal wear and tear, shattered glass due to mishandling or damage caused by exposure to liquids. We recommend you obtain proof of posting as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
If the item you received is not the item you ordered, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery quoting your order number, name and address and details of incorrect products. We shall then contact you.
A refund for lost items may be dependent on the postal/courier compensation claim. We will only consider a claim for a missing item after 15 days of non-delivery. Please contact us by email with any queries on you order and we will advise further on how to proceed.
Your right to cancel: We are happy to accept cancellation of orders that have not yet been processed. Please contact us to check the status of your order as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We are unable to accept cancellations for any bespoke products that have already been initiated.

The information that you provide including your personal data will be passed to Sarah Jane Loves… in order for your order to be processed and completed. Sarah Jane Loves… does not and will not ever sell your personal information or share it with anyone else.

Sarah Jane Loves… Guest Designer service
When you purchase goods from one of the Guest Designers featured on the Sarah Jane Loves… website, the legal contract is with you and that particular Guest Designer.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order which will apply to the details on the product page.
Please read the details carefully as our Customer Terms state you agree to be bound by all such provisions.
These Customer Terms also apply with regard to any conflict or inconsistency in your purchase.
Sarah Jane Loves… accepts no responsibility regarding the quality of the goods you will receive. This and any other such warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed by us absolutely to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the Guest Designer. When you order goods through the Site we may disclose your customer information related to the transaction to the relevant Guest Designer.
Sarah Jane Loves… does not possess any items offered for sale by the Guest Designers on the Site.
